Designing a premium landing page to capture berth interest.

Main Beach Superyacht Marina is a premium waterfront development located in the heart of the Gold Coast. Designed to be a world-class hub for superyachts, the precinct blends marine excellence with resort-style amenities. My task was to design a landing page to promote the opportunity and drive expressions of interest from a highly targeted audience of prospective berth purchasers.
Discover
The site needed to align with existing branding material developed for the precinct, which included luxurious printed brochures and advertising collateral. Our goal was to translate that premium identity into a digital format — creating a seamless brand experience that felt exclusive, aspirational, and trustworthy.
Users were unlikely to stumble across the site — they’d land there via direct outreach or high-end advertising. It had to make an immediate impression and encourage them to enquire.
Define
The site had one core job: convert interest into action. We kept the structure simple and deliberate:
Strong visual hero with the precinct's promise and positioning
Key selling points: location, amenities, exclusivity
High-end photography and refined typography to echo the printed brand
A single, focused expression of interest (EOI) form anchored at the end of the scroll
Tone, spacing, and image selection were all calibrated to reflect the high net worth audience it was targeting.
Design
I designed the website to feel visually aligned with the printed marketing suite while optimising it for mobile and modern screens.
The result was a refined, confident landing page that functioned as both a digital brochure and a conversion tool.
Deliver
This was a straightforward project that demonstrated the value of clean execution, alignment with brand, and restraint in UI — especially for audiences where trust, clarity and visual credibility do the heavy lifting.
