Clarifying Ready Media Group’s brand and product structure.

Ready Media Group is the parent company to a suite of products that solve problems across the Australian property industry. As the business grew beyond its initial listing platform, Development Ready, it became clear there was a gap in how the parent brand was represented online. My task was to design a corporate website that clarified Ready Media Group's identity, explained its relationship to its products, and instilled confidence in prospective investors, partners and team members.
Discover
Although Ready Media Group had become the umbrella brand for several property-focused products, its online presence didn’t reflect that. The public-facing brand was still anchored in Development Ready, leading to confusion from users and stakeholders.
Through user feedback and internal sessions, we heard things like:
Is this a search engine for property related products?
This revealed a key issue: people weren’t clear on what Ready Media Group itself was, or how it connected to its growing portfolio of platforms and services. We worked with leadership to understand how they saw the company’s future, and what role the new site should play in communicating it.
Define
Our goal became clear: build a corporate website that would act as a brand anchor — clearly positioning Ready Media Group as the parent organisation and articulating its role across its ecosystem.
The site needed to:
Clearly explain what Ready Media Group is and does
Connect the dots between products like Development Ready, Commercial Ready, and others
Appeal to external stakeholders: investors, partners, future hires
Reflect the maturity and ambition of the business, without losing its energy
We approached the content and information architecture as a storytelling exercise — focused on brand clarity, not just navigation.
Design
We created a clean, one-page scroll experience that introduced the brand and clearly explained its structure. Each section had a distinct purpose:
A hero statement that answered “What is Ready Media Group?”
A visual overview showing how each of the company’s products fit under the Ready Media Group umbrella
A contact section to support investor and partnership outreach
The tone was confident, calm, and strategic — written and designed to create trust and unity. We focused on clarity over cleverness, using simple typography, consistent branding, and a scroll experience that could scale over time.
Deliver
The new Ready Media Group website successfully reframed the parent brand as the strategic foundation behind its growing product ecosystem. Since launch:
It has become a clear, singular destination for understanding the company’s structure
Stakeholders better understand the relationship between Ready Media Group and its products
We helped design the UX, structure the content, and shape the messaging in collaboration with executives and developers. This project demonstrated how good content design and brand clarity can scale with a growing business.
